24/7 Network Monitoring and Management
A keystone of Pivot Networks Proactive Network Management philosophy is our network monitoring service; a real time inspection of your mission-critical systems. Our service includes the monitoring of workstations, servers, routers, firewalls, Internet connections, storage space and system availability issues, as well as notifications of incomplete or failed backups. This global 24 x 7 x 365 service simultaneously notifies you and dispatches (according to your terms of service) a Pivot Networks technician to resolve your issue.
Unlimited Helpdesk and Phone Support
With this proposed solution, users may submit an unlimited number of trouble tickets and place an unlimited number of calls to the Pivot Helpdesk about any issues they may be experiencing.
Our VIP Plan includes UNLIMITED on-site support for all devices under management. The Standard Plan, which offers unlimited remote support, allows for a given number of monthly on-site hours that may be used to schedule on-site maintenance, analysis, or address any other issues that require on-site attention.
Within two weeks of a consummated agreement, Pivot Networks staff will generate initial project benchmark documentation. User-friendly diagrams of your overall network design/layout and a detailed description of all hardware, software, network configurations and security methods will be provided for review. All diagrams and documents will be approved or modified at this time.
Fast and secure, Pivot Networks’ remote access software provides for off-site remote desktop management of your workstations, servers, and entire network. This service allows us to perform maintenance tasks and address problematic issues remotely in order to provide a quicker response time to your helpdesk tickets, eliminating the need to incorporate travel time before servicing or resolving your issue.
Not every patch issued by a hardware or software vendor is right for your particular computing environment. Our team will assess all available patches and remotely deploy to your workstations and servers only those that are appropriate to your needs – adhering to a defined, predictable schedule of deployment that you establish.
Network Asset Tracking (Inventory Audit)
A real-time, accurate audit and discovery process of your entire computing infrastructure including your servers, workstations, mobile devices, and other managed components. This audit summary can be delivered to your desktop manually, automatically, or on a set schedule of your choice. Our asset tracking service can also provide you with a variance report to show when any software or hardware has been added to or removed from your network infrastructure, ensuring that you are always aware of such changes.
Pivot Networks will enforce all specified network policies by permitting or denying users access to applications and/or specified location(s) on your network. Semi-Annual Technology Reviews
Every 6 months our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will conduct an in-depth network analysis and review of your business. You will be provided with documentation of the results and a set of recommendations, allowing you budget and plan for any necessary upgrades or modifications to your IT infrastructure. Our CTO will keep you abreast with the latest tools and technology solutions available to your organization that may enhance the performance of your network, keeping your infrastructure up to date and allowing for optimal efficiency throughout your business environment.
User and Staff Profile Management
Included in our Standard and VIP Plans, Pivot will effectively manage the addition or removal of any staff members, including all profile and user account changes. Whether a new employee is added to your organization or a staff member is terminated, Pivot will add and remove accessibility for each user and workstation as requested. Username and password management is provided to ensure network security is never compromised and all new users are added efficiently.
Automated Off-Site Data Backup
