Now Hiring: Network and System Administrator
Network and System Administrator is involved in deploying, supporting and maintaining servers and network infrastructure for a Managed IT company.
Working with clients of all shapes and sizes you will be problem solving over the phone, onsite at the customers location, and through our support portal. A typical day could be troubleshooting network issues, setting up routers and switches, servers, VoIP troubleshooting, and working with Cisco Call Manager.
Increase your technical knowledge by solving challenging problems, and you will be part of a team of experts who know the value of mentoring and technical growth for all members of our team.
Job Requirements:
Excellent troubleshooting techniques
2+ years supporting Windows Servers
Experience with Cisco Call Manager
VoIP experience
Experience with setting up and troubleshooting routers and switches
Excellent communication and follow up. Over the phone, email and in person.
2+ years of customer support experience
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
Microsoft Certifications are highly preferred
