| Barron, Newburger, Sinsley, & Weir, PLLC Contract for Pivot Networks Services |
Pivot Networks recently announced that Barron, Newburger, Sinsley, & Weir, PLLC (BNSW), a multi-state law firm practicing in the areas of consumer and commercial litigation as well as collection industry compliance issues, has engaged Pivot Networks to maintain their mission-critical business systems, perform end-user IT training for its employees, and to gradually migrate the firm to a purely Terminal Services computing environment.
Originally organized in 1980 as Barbara M. Barron & Associates, the firm’s focus is on consumer financial services litigation, compliance and litigation avoidance, strategic consulting to the collection industry, and bankruptcy litigation.
The deployment of services at BNSW was achieved via the use of the Professional Services delivery methodology specific to the Pivot Networks’ Proactive Service and Maintenance Plan (PSMP). PSMP is an incredibly effective IT investment, as it streamlines internal business processes to work in optimal accord with a company’s existing technology infrastructure, lowers network and computer maintenance costs, drastically improves overall system availability, and increases employee productivity.
“Pivot Networks trains our staff in the correct use of out IT investment and keeps our technology running; we look forward to the migration of our computing environment to their suggested Terminal Services model,” said BNSW Partner Barbara Barron.
Founded in 2001, Pivot Networks is a leading provider of IT services to small and medium businesses with minimal or nonexistent IT staff. With offices in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Houston, Pivot Networks offers suites of Managed and Hosted Services, Business Technology Consulting, and a state-of-the-art Server Colocation Data Center – an ideal home for your mission-critical servers. In effect, Pivot Networks delivers all the functions and stability of a Fortune 500 IT department at a fraction of that cost.
“We are pleased to have Barron, Newburger, Sinsley, and Weir among our valued clients,” said Brannen Mehaffey, CEO of Pivot Networks. “We truly value the trust they have placed in our ability to manage their business systems.”
Pivot Networks believes that a business owner’s time is best spent on company business. Accordingly, organizations should focus on using technology to build their business, not on the management of their underlying technology infrastructure.
