*All hardware and software costs additional; unlimited on-site labor limited to currently supported devices.

Initial rates will be based upon the number of devices managed and the service plan selected. In the event of a >10% change in your number of devices and storage, adjustments to your Plan will be made on a quarterly basis. Devices managed include computers, servers, switches, routers, printers, scanners, Blackberry/Pocket PCs and wireless access points. Plans require a 1-year contract, which can be canceled for any reason within the first 6 months upon 30 days notice; thereafter, cancellation for non-performance requires a 60-day cure period.
